Obituary of Kathleen Massi
Kathleen "Babe" Massi, age 73 of Lyndhurst and previously of Painesville died on February 10, 2023 at Kemper House in Highland Heights. She was born on January 10, 1950 in Euclid to the late William and Josephine (nee:Hoeferlee) Powers.
Babe was a loving homemaker. She enjoyed reading, playing the slot machines, and dancing to the oldies. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She is survived by her daughters, Gina (Joe Hudik) Massi and Kimberlee (Mike) Galbraith; grandmother to Nick (Emily) and Alyssa Galbraith; and loving aunt, sister-in-law, and friend to many. In addition to her parents, Babe is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph A. Massi.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 5-8PM at Johnson Funeral Home and Crematory, 368 Mentor Ave., Painesville, Ohio 44077. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday. February 16, 2023 at 10:00AM at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 316 Fifth Street, Fairport Harbor, Ohio 44077 with interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery, Painesville.
