Obituary of Jaimie Rae Walch
Jaimie Rae Walch of Mentor passed away suddenly on October 11, 2022. She was born on Jaunary 30, 1978 at Lake West Hospital. She was a lifelong resident of Lake County, growing up in Concord Twp. She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathleen Rae Bardar and her grandparents; Peter and Norma (nee: Pagett) Bardar.
Jaimie was a 1996 graduate of Riverside High School. Jaimie was employed by Hobby Lobby in Mentor as well as the Mentor Home Inn and Suites. Jaimie had an extraodinary love of all animals and those individuals closest to her. She was a very kind and loving faith-based person who will be missed by many.
Jaimie is survived by her father, James Walch of Kirtland; grandmother, Marie Summers of Largo, FL; and her dear friends, Robert and Mary Sleeman of Concord and especially Josh Woodie of Wickliffe. She is also survived by her beloved dog, Bengji, her faithful companion for over 17 years.
A memorial service will be planned for a later date.
