Anna C. Opatrny age 85 of Perry died on May 26, 2022 at her home. She was born on April 20, 1937 in Toledo to the late Joseph and Anna (nee: Dudrick) Horvath. Anna loved traveling, socializing, and hosting family gatherings. She recently started line dancing. She was a longtime member of the Cleveland Deaf Club/St. Augustine and a member of St. Cyprian Church in Perry.
She is survived by her four sons, Edward Jr., Bill (Barbara), Jim(Lisa), and Lou (Meredith); grandchildren, Alex, Allison (Miguel) Espinoza, Nikki, Justin, Jake, Robert, Jimmy, Lourdes, Cora, Jordyn, and Kenton; and great granddaughter, Mia Espinoza.
In addition to her parents, Anna is preceded in death by her husband, Edward A. Opatrny; and siblings, Joe Horvath, Helen Fuller, and Louie Horvath.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 from 5-8PM. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 11:00AM at St. Cyprian Church, 4223 Middle Ridge Rd., Perry, Ohio 44081. PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURH. Burial of ashes will be Friday, June 3, 2022 at 1:00PM at All Souls Cemetery, Chardon, Ohio
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to St. Augustine Hunger Center, 2486 W. 14th St., Cleveland, Ohio 44113.
