Obituary of Donald Offi
Donald M. Offi, age 75 of Painesville Twp., died on July 6, 2018 at David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland after a valiant battle with cancer, surrounded by his beloved wife, family, and friends. He was born on December 17, 1942 in Syracuse, NY to the late Robert and Betty (Faye) Offi.
Donald served in the National Guard for 10 years and was a member of the American Legion Post #336. Donald had been a police officer for Madison Twp. before starting his own security business, Arrowhead Security and Private Investigation, which he operated from 1977 to 2010. He enjoyed boating, motorcycling, and working in his yard.
Survivors include his wife, Eileen (Pfalzgraf); son, Brian Offi; siblings, Bob "Corkey" (Rita) Offi, Robin Katz, Tina (Eric) Lischak; step children, Matthew (Angela) Muzic, Aimee Muzic, Brad Geis, Carolyn Geis, grandchildren, Alicia and Dylan; great granddaughter, Olivia; 8 step grandchildren; sister-in-law, Connie Offi
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Conrad Offi, a brother, Bob "Butch" Offi; sister, Mabel Offi Cochran; and special grandparents who raised him, Tony and Mabel Offi.
Private family services will be held.
