Dear Charlie & Staff,

Once again we can thank you for taking care of our family when Mom passed away.  You were very good about accommodating us and making happen what we wanted to happen.  Whether it was a minor detail or a major concern, you took care of it.  We appreciate all that you did.  

Thinking about funeral directors in general, it must be a challenging line of work sometimes with so many variables, maybe now more than ever.  It takes a caring, compassionate person to be able to minister to families in their most difficult moments.  You were that kind of person for us, and we thank you!

The personal relationships that Chuck and Dad had over the years was always a source of joy for Dad.  And renewing old friendships with Dick and Carol has been meaningful for us too.  And this time we got to get to know Charlie.  How proud you are of your family - and with good reason.
